Codes are sent over SMS and expire after 10 minutes. If a code doesn’t arrive within a minute, tap “Use a different number” and start again. If your phone is on a US carrier and codes still don’t land, email us with your number and we’ll investigate.
In the iOS app, every listing and chat thread has a ⋯ menu with a Report option. Pick a reason and add a note if you want. Reports go directly to our trust team and are reviewed within 24 hours.
Open the chat thread, tap the ⋯ menu in the top right, and choose Block this user. Blocked users cannot message you.
In the iOS app: Account tab → “Delete account” (red button below Sign out). Confirm twice. Your handle, profile photo, saved location, and listings are removed; chat history other users received is anonymized.
Yes. When you sell cards directly to Lion Market, Linedot Inc purchases the physical cards and owes you the agreed price after inspection and acceptance. The app shows the amount owed and lets you request payment through Cash out when an approved payout method is enabled for your account. Linedot Inc resells the acquired cards to business customers and funds seller payments from its own business funds.
The direct-purchase and payout program is for individuals aged 18 or older residing in the United States. Selling must be enabled for your account in a supported service area. The app shows eligible cards, offer details, and the available partner drop-off or pickup options. Availability of other app features does not automatically make you eligible for this program.
After authorized personnel inspect and accept your physical cards, the agreed price for the accepted cards is recorded as money Linedot Inc owes you. Taking a photo or receiving an offer does not create a balance. Your balance is in US dollars; you cannot add money to it or transfer it to another user.
PayPal and Venmo are payout options only after provider approval and activation for your account. Check Cash out for the methods currently available. When enabled, use the email address for your own PayPal account or the US mobile number for your own Venmo account, and review the destination and amount before confirming. You must confirm your eligibility and consent to the related payout communications. The provider may require its own account verification. Never send us your PayPal or Venmo password.
Linedot Inc pays the processing fees for direct-purchase payouts. Per-payment and daily limits apply, and you can request only the amount available in your balance. A later transfer from PayPal or Venmo to your bank is a separate service with that provider’s own timing and possible fees.
The amount Linedot Inc owes you remains recorded and visible if a payment cannot be initiated. For a submitted payment, check its status in your activity. Requested or processing does not mean the money has arrived; a payment may need to be claimed or be held for review. Confirmed failed or returned payments restore the unpaid amount to your available balance. Pending or held payments remain tracked until their outcome is confirmed. A delay or failed payout does not cancel the amount we owe you.
Contact support@lionmarket.app with your sale or payment reference if you need help or entered incorrect recipient details. Avoid submitting a second payment request while an earlier payment is unresolved. Recovery or cancellation depends on the payment status and the provider’s rules.
A direct sale to Lion Market identifies Linedot Inc as the purchaser. A transaction with another member remains between those parties unless Lion Market is expressly identified as the buyer or seller. Follow the payment, delivery, and fee details shown for that transaction.
Lion is an AI helper that answers listing questions, sets reminders, and helps coordinate meetups. Replies are generated by a large language model and may be wrong; use your own judgment for purchases and meetups.
